Village Hall Meeting Room Reservation Form

The Village Hall Meeting Room is intended primarily for the Village of Prairie du Sac meetings, elections, and programs.  When not required for village use, the Meeting Room will be available for use by the community’s independent sector and local businesses for programs of an informational, educational, cultural, or civic nature, subject to Policy Number 04-09-2024(a) as established by the Board of Trustees. The Village Hall Conference Rooms may not be reserved for use by non-Village or affiliated government agencies.  Events outside of normal operating hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) will reguire advance payment of fees.  

 

Meeting Room Detials:

Maximum Capacity - 96

Equipment - The meeting room is equipped with a podium, tables (5 ct. - 30" x 60")(11 ct. - 24" x 60") , chairs (50 ct.), and monitor screens (users must provide their own laptop).

 

Meeting Room reservations are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation of the reservation from the Village of Prairie du Sac.
