Please either submit the online form below or print the Application for Utility Service (below) to establish service at your new residence or business. If you print the application, it must be returned to the Village Hall. We are available for connects Monday through Friday. Please call 608-643-2421 to terminate or take service out of your name. We do require at least a 24-hour notice.
