We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.
Pay Online, Mobile Device or by Telephone
Pay online or set up automatic recurring payments at MyAccount. Payments made through MyAccount will be processed by Payment Service Network.
To pay by phone using Payment Service Network (PSN), call 1-866-917-7368. Please have your bill available so you can provide an account number. PSN charges a convenience fee of $3.25 per online or $4.20 per phone transaction; Maximum transaction amount is $300. PSN will allow you to make multiple transactions should your bill exceed the maximum amount. Your account will not be updated in our billing system until the following business day.
Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To use this method, call our office at 608-643-2421 or download the Authorization for Direct Payment form and return it to us.
Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:
- Helps avoid late or missed payments
- No need to write checks
- No postage costs
- Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account
When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

Please include the top stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.
Pay in Person
During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) customers can make payments at our office, located at 335 Galena Street, Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin 53578.
After business hours, payments can be dropped off in the night deposit box located at our office outside of the main entrance.
