PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Prairie du Sac Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Monday, January 8, 2024, at the Sauk Prairie Police Department, 640 13th Street, Prairie du Sac, WI, to receive public comments on the following:
Application from HC Property Group LLC to amend the Official Zoning Map. The subject property is currently zoned A-H Agricultural Holding. The applicant is requesting to rezone the property to ND – Neighborhood Development and to obtain approval of an associated General Development Plan. The subject property is Parcel #028-0022-00000, being approximately 40 acres north of Sauk Prairie Road also described as the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 2, T9N, R6E.
The application is available for viewing below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearing and be heard. After the public hearing, the Commission will consider the application.
