PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Prairie du Sac Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee shall hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025, at the Prairie du Sac Village Hall, 335 Galena Street, to receive public comments on the following:
Application from Marc and Marietta Reuter to amend the Official Zoning Map. The applicants are requesting to rezone the subject property from A-H Agricultural Holding to R-R – Rural Residential. The subject property is approximately 4.57 acres consisting of all of current Parcel #028-0024-00000 and part of current Parcel #028-0023-00000, within the northwest ¼ of the southwest ¼ of Section 2, Township 9 North, Range 6 East, Town of Prairie du Sac, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
The application is available for viewing below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearings and be heard. After the public hearing, the Committee will consider the application.
