Public Hearing - Variance - 785 7th Street

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Prairie du Sac, WI, shall hold a public hearing at 5:30 P.M., on Monday, June 5, 2023, at the Prairie du Sac Village Hall, 335 Galena Street, to receive public comments on the following: 

Petitioner: Matt and Rebecca Kundert, Subject Property: 785 7th Street.    The petitioners have requested a hearing before the Board of Appeals requesting variance to: maximum accessory structure floor area within Figure 10-1-0403(a) of the Village of Prairie du Sac Code of Ordinances, to permit a detached garage of 1,920 square feet.  The subject property is zoned R-1-A Single-Family Residential, and is more fully described as Parcel 172-0897-00000, VILL.PRAIRIE DU SAC ASSESSOR'S PLAT ASSESSOR'S LOT NO. 33. 

 

The application is available for viewing at below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearing and be heard.  After the public hearing, the Board of Appeals will consider the application.
