PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Prairie du Sac, WI, shall hold a public hearing at 5:00 P.M., on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at the Prairie du Sac Village Hall, 335 Galena Street, to receive public comments on the following:
Petitioner: Albert Ripp on behalf of Marlo and Jon Hilgers, Subject Property: 685 Prairie Street. The petitioner has requested a hearing before the Board of Appeals requesting variance to: minimum principal building rear yard setback requirement within Figure 10-1-0403(b) of the Village of Prairie du Sac Code of Ordinances, and rules associated with extension and expansion of non-conforming structures in Section 10-1-1203 of said Code, to permit replacement of the existing attached garage with a proposed rear (south) yard setback of 6 feet. The subject property is zoned R-1-B Single-Family Residential, and is more fully described as Parcel 172-0154-00000, VILL PRAIRIE DU SAC ORIG PLAT W 75'OF S 46'OF LOT 14,ALSO W 75 'OF N 36'OF LOT 13 BLK 17.
