PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Prairie du Sac Plan Commission and Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee shall hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, at the Prairie du Sac Village Hall, 335 Galena Street, to receive public comments on the following:
Amendments to Title 10, Chapter 1 (Zoning) of the Code of Ordinances Related to Municipal Wellhead Protection, including amendments to the Village’s Overlay Zoning Map to establish a wellhead protection overlay district for new Well #5.
The proposed ordinance amendment including map is available for viewing below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearing and be heard. After the public hearing, the Commission and Committee will consider the ordinance amendment.
