Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit - S9152 Dam Heights Road

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Prairie du Sac Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee shall hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 5, 2024, at the Sauk Prairie Police Department, 640 13th Street, Prairie du Sac, WI, to receive public comments on the following: 

Application from Everlight Holdings LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to enable a tourist rooming house on property at S9152 Dam Heights Road (Lot 3 and Outlot 1 of CSM 7345, Parcel Nos. 028-0555-30000 and 028-0555-40000), zoned R-R Rural Residential. 

The application is available for viewing at below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearing and be heard.  After the public hearing, the Committee will consider the application.
