Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit - 340 21st Street

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission for the Village of Prairie du Sac shall hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2023, at the Prairie du Sac Village Hall, 335 Galena Street, to receive public comments on the following: 

An application from John Lehan, Sauk Prairie Recreation Commission, for a Conditional Use Permit for operation of an Outdoor Alcohol Area at 340 21st Street, Prairie du Sac.  The Parcel No. 0172-1107-10000 is zoned CON – Conservancy and is more fully described as S 2-9-6 PRT SW1/4 NE1/4 = CSM 7021 LOT 1 22.19A. 

The application is available for viewing below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearing and be heard.  After the public hearing, the Commission will consider the application.  You may send written comments on this matter by e-mailing awildman@prairiedusac.net or to Village of Prairie du Sac Public Hearing Comments, 335 Galena St., Prairie du Sac, WI, 53578 before the date listed above.
