Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit - 2019 Grand Avenue

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Prairie du Sac Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2024, at the Prairie du Sac Village Hall, 335 Galena Street, Prairie du Sac, WI, to receive public comments on the following:

Application from Sketchworks Architecture for a Conditional Use Permit to enable an indoor institutional land use (preschool/childcare facility) on property currently addressed at 2019 Grand Avenue (Parcel 172-1107-20000), zoned Conservancy within the southern portion of Culver Community Park.

The application is available for viewing at below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearing and be heard.  After the public hearing, the Plan Commission will consider the application.
