PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Prairie du Sac Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Monday, August 5, 2024, at the Prairie du Sac Village Hall, 335 Galena Street, to receive public comments on the following:
Application from HC Property Group LLC to amend the General Development Plan (GDP) for Prairie Fields. The subject property is currently zoned A-H Agricultural Holding but is scheduled to be rezoned ND – Neighborhood Development by previously-adopted Village Board ordinance. The applicant is requesting a GDP amendment primarily to allow the option of developing 36 two-family condominium units over the same approximately 7 acres approved under the original GDP for up to 200 market rate multiple-family units. The subject property for the entire GDP is Parcel #172-1109-00000, being approximately 40 acres north of Sauk Prairie Road also described as the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 2, T9N, R6E.
The application is available for viewing below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearing and be heard. After the public hearing, the Commission will consider the application.
