This form can be used to request a park reservation for the shelters located in Marion, Westwynde or Florence Parks.

Policy on Reservations states that the Village owned park and park facilities and shelter areas in Marion, Westwynde and Florence Parks, are primarily for non-exclusive use of the residents and visitors of the village.  However, under proper circumstances, exclusive use of Marion, Westwynde and Florence Park shelters shall be permitted.  Anyone may request to reserve the use of the Marion, Westwynde and Florence Park shelters by submitting the form below.   Reservations accepted on a first come first serve basis.  Reservations shall be made with the Village Hall at least three (3) days prior to the requested date of use.  Reservations may be made after January 1 of the year of the requested reservation.  All reservations of a park shelter shall pay a nonrefundable fee per shelter within 10 days of reserving shelter prior to reservation date.  Village of Prairie du Sac residents qualify for the resident fee.  Reservations are not valid until payment is received.  Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to date of reservation to receive a refund.  The Village Board may revoke a permit if the Board feels that the action is justified due to an emergency such as weather, fire, riot, or other catastrophe.  It may also revoke a permit if it feels a breach of peace is likely or the conditions on which the permit was granted have changed considerably.  The person making the reservation must be present during the entire event the shelter reservation is made for.  Use of shelters for selling consumer goods or services is prohibited.

There are also shelters ($125 Resident/$150 Non-Resident) and camping sites ($25 /night) available at Veterans Memorial Park that can be reserved by calling the VFW at 608-643-6848.  Additional shelters are available for non-exclusive use at other parks.

As of March 1, 2013, non-profit organizations must pay reservation fee as stated below.
