PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 26, 2025, the Village of Prairie du Sac Village Board enacted Ordinance No. 7, Series 2025, amending Title 10, Chapter 3 (Subdivision and Land Division Regulations) of the Code of Ordinances. The proposed amendments focus on revising the appropriate tools for land combinations, adjusting submittal requirements for preliminary and final subdivision plats, adjusting descriptions of different street types, and addressing other non-substantive matters.
