PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 25, 2025, the Village of Prairie du Sac Village Board enacted Ordinance No. 2, Series 2025. Ordinance No. 2 amendments focus on clarifying the timeframes that prior zoning approvals remain valid after subsequent Ordinance amendments may otherwise affect them; updating regulations for tourist rooming houses, beds and breakfasts, and other commercial lodging; no longer allowing tourist rooming houses in the R-R Rural Residential zoning district; and disallowing sales or services performed from a vehicle or other mobile unit except on a temporary basis.
