Firefighter

The Prairie du Sac Volunteer Fire Department is looking for motivated individuals that want to engage and make an impact in the local community. As a member, you can enjoy perks such as:  access to our weight room, vehicle wash bay, and stipend pay per call. No firefighting experience is necessary to apply. We will sponsor your trainings. Requirements are:  18 years old or older, have a GED and can pass a background check. For those under 18 years old, ask about our cadet program.
